service was super friendly and on the ball... almost a little too much. the last bite was still in our mouths ... whoosh is the plate is taken away. at breakfast you wonder whether there is a hole in the cup, because you are more occupied with saying "no" rather than having breakfast. otherwise the cup is filled up 25 times. even when announcing that you're finished eating brings no relief. orange juice is also constantly being refilled. the sweet buffet was a dream and the salad one even better!!! even though there is a German chef who slightly adapts the food to Western tastes, you must not forget you're in Egypt and cannot expect your mum's cooking. many things were really tasty and only few things inedible. we did not visit the Oriental and Italian restaurant. conclusion: all in all, we were very pleased, ignoring the 5 stars that is

rooms were very spacious and clean, shower could use some upgrading, but we were still very satisfied. air conditioning was very noisy, but we didn't use it
something that needs to be said: you should train a perfect and clean use of the toilet at home, as a simple toilet brush is not a standard at this 5 star hotel.

very pleasant weather, without any wind, it would have been too hot sometimes. nicely cool at night when the window is open, however, beware of the mosquitoes. we always had the choice between pool and beach, without having to reserve a lounger. very good service on the beach and by the pool! and we were most pleased about the fact, that the often described Russian nuisance did not take place, but all nationalities were absolutely friendly, nice and inconspicuous.
