Hotel Sheraton New York & Towers

Very centrally located between Times Square and Centralpark. The nearest underground station is located right around the corner, you could also on-site in the sightseeing buses boarding. Some sights (e.g. Radio City Music Hall, Rockefeller Center) are within easy walking distance.

The staff at the front desk were prompt and was always friendly. The staff in particular in the area ticket service tried hard and were very helpful. The tickets for musical, baseball etc. included very good places but you pay for a charge for the operator. This is explained everything exactly. The bags upon arrival you can park for free on a safe and until the room was ready. At the check out costs suggest a few dollars.

In the hotel's lobby is a Starbucks (in the afternoon at times, this but the bar) and another restaurant for breakfast, lunch, etc. , this but we did not use it. For normal high New York prices you can get coffee or tea, as well as a small selection of choices and snacks. You find something to eat at any time in the immediate area and for every taste a variety of choices.

Should have given it was on a special offer, so we didn't use it and we didn't gone off.

The room (37 floor) wasn't particularly spacious but with all those necessary furniture. There was among other possibilities for tea/coffee facilities, a safe, a large TV and good air conditioning. The bathroom was very small and with a bathtub. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room as well as in the bathroom not enough - it was only cleaned very superficially. The room was very noisy, especially the noise in the hallway were good.

At the booking book a room on the top floor, the higher the lower the permanent street noise.
