Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe had to volcano-totally 2 days in the hotel. Amazing what is expected. The front desk staff, probably most unfriendly receptionist in New York. According to the motto what we got here at 12 want to the room there was only apply no earlier than 3 room wish that didn't happen we are fully-booked. At 3 :30 we could finally got to our room, which is offered us as you could hardly describe dirty rooms, hair in the bathroom in bed, dirty bedsheets worn out floor and the incredible in a 4 star hotel. Went back to the front desk to complain and suddenly yet another room free, full??? Well, the room was a handicap room on the 46th floor and the safe was on the top floor sideways very accessible. Anyway we took the room as it "only" was dirty and the bedding at least there were no stained and bath has a few hairs were. For a 4 star hotel intolerable.
