Great beach, super clean hotel, the rest was okay *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe are a family with two young children (2.5 years and ten months) arrived in the last week of November. When we arrived we had to two extra beds asked-we have received-but absolutely unsuitable for small children. Cribs are rather for babies, not large or are available. The beds in the hundred and more 40 centimeter level in the children, who can get up, miss. So we had to improvise... The larger child slept in a 'normal' bed, which we with pillows umranded and the other between two bed beds 'nested'. All-inclusive a long-winded boulders. If you still 'extra wishes' as Bush and the baby also at lunch, the three days may take up everything went smoothly and promptly worked, as at home in the check-in any instruction and information about the hotel and we had everything alone find-which is not a problem, but' work ' power. The language skills of the staff, which we encountered: in German and in English enough. Almost all of the guests were German-rather aged. As a family we had the feeling to be a bother (the other guests). On the beach, there was enough room for all, however, the first number was always busy-but it wasn't't that bad. The staff were oK, but not accommodating or friendly. You always have the feeling, that tip is expected, which on the duration is annoying. The food was okay, but not the 'best'. The hotel's own facilities such as Barber and wellness a bit more than comparable in Germany (for example, wash and cut 40 euros, plus soup 20 euros and the hair salon is a shed!)-in view of what is in Egypt, are the great rip off prices. In the winter months the hotel was full (which for us was good) but the leisure opportunities are limited and for children though-not a banana-boating, no 'boats'. Windsurfing and diving is. The nearby riff seems to be okay, but for large migrants are not met. The child care (from four years) seems to be nice. Our conclusion: vacation oK for a lot of money-don't expect too much, ' nerves' with your requirements, and if you just want their silence (without party and entertainment), then the Sheraton is the right choice. The guests were upper middle class with arrogance lined. We will not go-at least not so soon.
