Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThis was our fourth stay in vacation Turkey and at the same time, the worst and disappointing and with a five stars hotel. Our vacation started (Saturday) 29 October 2011. At the our room when we found serious deficiencies in the equipment. (Cracks on the wall, lacking curtains, double room with bunk bed) as far as the cleanliness, especially in the bathroom, there was massive lacked hair on the floor areas even after a week in the same position as we had found them. We are aware, that in Turkey, with other standards are expected. But the camel's back was, was a construction site right behind our hotel. The Monday large excavator machinery and keeps a ditch. This was a considerable noise, dust harassment, as well as a large source (access to the beach was about the route of the trucks). Furthermore, some of the all inclusive services day after day or just deleted. From Tuesday no activities took place more, on the beach there was no Wednesday lunch, the pool bar was poorly stocked only. All these adversities would have tucked away you might still with a nice, friendly and helpful staff a bit more relaxed, unfortunately it was not nearly the case. As all inclusive guests we felt very often merely as a disruptive factor. If we would have known, that the hotel closes quite 10 November2011 we never would have booked it.
