The hotel is suitable for the beautiful weather times, but in the winter months problems. When fully booked the dining room is far too small. There was no back and forth. A crowd in a anthill, not as ordered. The lobby was crowded, and it was like on a platform, has been regular evening the 'trip to Jerusalem' played. Anytime again were free places tested, in the hope, a bit better to sit. In the indoor swimming pool the same, to quickly because all the doors were open. The situation was rectified but in the last couple of days. Sauna and steam room were not separated, it was the service staff directly at the poor. As the lobby total crowded, we tried it in the disco. This was for the winter months as animation and stay area remodelled. There was a corner equipped. Some smokers found the air is impossible, for a non-smoking not reasonable. In addition to all, that in this musty odor even the entertainment for the kids was held. A ban on smoking then finally 22 November expressed. The next attempt, the cafe at the pool bar. But even there a certain time allowed smoking. There is a law in Turkey, in closed rooms may not be smoked. Unfortunately, the law was true for this hotel probably not. For health reasons I digest no smoke. It should rather a labeled Smoking area equipped to be. The positive but I didn't skimp. It was a very clean hotel, with very good and varied food (snack bar excluded). Apart from a few exceptions, a great nice service staff (we have ever experienced, even though we were often in Turkey). As wintering hotel, I would recommend this hotel not, in my view, but I had the feeling, that the management has tried to eliminate the problems or improve. The hotel has a very nice beach section, the not every hotel has to offer. I would like to include in the recommendation, this option is not.
