Hotel Siva Grand Beach

this hotel has its own private beach which is really nice with open or sheltered areas.
the local surrounding areas were not very good and can be a bit daunting as we were constantly harrassed by men trying to sell us fake rubbish, but there are a few ok shops within hotel nd right outside.
the excursions were a little expensive but plenty to choose from we went on a shoppping excurions with red sea holidays and our guide was very good polite an spoke good english and our redsea rep mohammed was excellent.

from booking in the staff were very friendly apart from a few who dont like to say hello, fadel and gamal from the poolbar were an absolute pleasure to see each day and there english was very good and also the service was great,our room was cleaned each day by essam who again was very friendly polite and done his job well.
during our stay we did have 1 comlaint about entertainment and it was dealt with by the manager extremely quick with a happy outcome.

lots of restaurants,bars ect food was really nice but wished there had been ice creams on offer more all in clean conditions and also think the sea star inn should also be included in the all inclusive.

pool area and beach were immaculate at all times cant say about kids club as we didnt take our kids but what i seen looks like it could be updated, nice ittle internet cafe right on hotel entrance

basic but tv has english films played all day and night air condition was fab clean room and pleasent

to call uk from egypt was expensive, drinks are expensive mini bar prices are ok all towels were provided clean each day
