Good budget motel at normal prices *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A ABudget choice on the south edge of Moab. It is a 2 story interior/Mote so access to the rooms - what you would expect in Europe - from the inside and not as with many American motel from the outside right into the room. Due to the attractions in the area (Arches National Park, Canyonlands National Park) is the starting point for Moab and according to international crisscrossing the tourists were all ages. Included in the price is a cont'l breakfast. Nothing special (cereal, pastries, toast, bagels, coffee, tea, and juice), but it was enough for a quick start. Just a typical American cont'l breakfast with no sausage, cheese and other in Europe usual things downside, the breakfast room is quite small, so that you in the neighboring lobby and in the 2 floor Avoids.
Location
The motel is situated at the southern edge of Moab. from the entrance of the Arches National Park. It was about 4.5 miles. Although the site is not as cheap compared to other motels (Holiday Inn, and super 8 motel 6 beach chairs much closer to it) I can only recommend the motel. Across the street from the Holiday Inn is the price for work (20 - $30 cheaper), across the street from the Super 8 motel 6 and the better standard, albeit, a bit more expensive. In Moab many motels along the main road through Moab, as well as this. It is like I said, on the southern Ortsein-/ servicing exit the city. If you want to Arches (about 4 miles), to the Canyonlands - Islands in the sky - District (about 6 miles to the feeder from the highway) you will have to drive about a bit plan, even though the main street was not blocked, only well-visited. Without the place to cross takes you up to the Canyonlands - Needles/District.
The staff is friendly and efficient. We could not our AAA card at the time of booking (discussion about German not enter) which we told by checking Inn. Uncomplicated were present it for us (the Show) $10 / night deteriorated in the room rate. Also our request for a particular room had quickly.
Gastronomy not available
Sport & Entertainment
In the patio, there was a nice, clean pool, which is relatively large. There is also a indoor hot tub. The walls are scenes from Utah (Arches U.s. wireless. ) Painted. Also tip-top.
Room
The rooms are large and some have a flat screen TV (with TV are all equipped), air-conditioning (the really cooled well), coffeemaker and refrigerator. They are clean and functional. The bathroom is a small offer: The shower is 24 and attached to the room, so you can get a game of distinction. The shower itself is large. The room itself (in the adjacent to the shower the toilet is not. He is also only a sliding door to the room.
Tips and recommendations
The downside of the hotels: There is no internet PC. In the rooms is dial-up Internet access (cable) whether it's free wireless Internet access or where appropriate I don't know.
