Mgnifique endroit, cadre agréable et architecture intéressante, malheureusement beaucoup d\'incompétence dans le traitement d\'un vol/perte (?) d\'un de nos bagages lors d\'un changement de chambre... A ce jour (mai 2008), nous attendons toujours une réponse du Sofitel (Agadir) et du groupe Accor (Paris)!!!! ???? Si vous ne devez pas faire face à un problème, je pense que l\'hôtel est ok, bien que bruyant (aucun contrôle de clients faisant la fête dans leur chambre avec la porte ouverte sur le corridor...), enregistrement internet avec erreur de lit, etc... Ca fait beaucoup pour 3 jours dans cet hôtel à Agadir. Nous avons bougé et trouvé des endroits plus sympathiques où le légendaire accueil marocain était présent !
