Un 5 stelle senza esserlo!

Quando scelgo e pago per un 5 stelle mi aspetto di trovare come prima cosa un ottimo servizio da parte del personale, specialmente quello di sala!! Irrispettoso, disorganizzato e per niente servizievole! Mi aspetto anche che il buffet della piccola colazione sia ricco nell'offerta di cibi e bevande e non le stesse 4 cose per una settimana di fila. Insomma, se devo dare un mio parere, il Sofitel Agadir merita le 5 stelle per l'ampio spazio attorno alla piscina e per il letto che é fantastico, per il resto un massimo di 3. In conclusione: il rapporto qualitá prezzo non regge, ne sono molto distanti!!
