Recommendable due to the whole area and strict sicherheitsmitarbeiter.HCLFHLRooms are very clairaudient.HCLFHLRoom service and room cleaning not correspond to a hotel standard.HCLFHLHotel seems poorly managed, front desk don't care about the guests 'wishes. In the restaurant the staff at all times, but the men in suits rarely greet the guests, nor do they care about the guests. Hotel room/bathroom were cleaned superficially. Our clothes we had four days. Weekdays Minibar was refilled despite countless, please only slowly.HCLFHLManager/not responding to guests Sofitel questionnaire.HCLFHL
