Great hotel for city-and business! *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWOW! We absolutely loved the Sofitel. I was already in several places the Sofitel chain, but this was absolutely amazing. The hotel is located in the perfect location, 200 m from the town hall, 400 m to the jungfernstieg, the port can be reached on foot, as well as the Michel. At the reception we were welcomed very friendly and cared for.
The room was just great! Very large with ultra-comfortable bed and couch in addition view of the fleet with in-house always. Everything was very stylish and modern ago aimed, as was the bathroom. The had a shower and a tub, a large mirror and was fully equipped with marble.
Everything was impeccably clean. The staff outside of the front desk was very courteous and always extremely caring.
The breakfast/restaurant We unfortunately could not evaluate since we didn't go there.
We felt very comfortable and would come back again very gladly!
