Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe have visited this hotel 40 times and have always found the hotel very good and the staff very helpful. Our last visit was in April 2010 during the Icelandic Volcano eruption. At this time all flights were cancelled and the hotel was marvellous. From the first day when return home flight was cancelled for our Son and Daughter in law the Hotel Manager ensured them that accommodation would be available until a new flight could be arranged. The kindness and friendliness of the Staff could not be bettered from Senion staff to the Porters and Cleaners. Over the last five years many improvements have been made to the Hotel in particular bathrooms renewed all staircases and access to lifts floors resurfaced with marble two swimming pools have been renewed and improved to deck level the outside of the hotel is being improv ed aat the present time and although work was being carried out during our visit there was no inconvenience at any time to us. The restaurant provides good substantial food with lots of choice. We shall be returning again and again ;because of the Staff and the Hotels improved facilities.
