Hotel with potential *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel is generally nice equipped. Very well-kept green area, large swimming pool, wonderful Beach and everything was very clean. The condition of all the facilities was in order, the bed was very comfortable. So much for the infrastructure. The difference from bad to good (very good) would be a dedicated management to REACH. Friendly service does not necessarily competencies. As all inclusive guest with Plastikbändel arm you had to sometimes certain orders still in writing, despite the fact that it is' included ' was. To the question, why at times and sometimes not, no one was able to give us a plausible answer. We have opened Balcony door and at 5:45 slept o'clock very roughly awakened by a deafening Unsatisfactory Ritual. As it happened the first time, we are quite alarmed former. This would be a very welcome information in advance former. We have three friends paid double room and a family room. The room is greater than approximately ten square a double room, has a double bed and an extra bed had next to it. The single bed was a folding, from metal gezimmertes single bed with rapid CH robbed a thin mattress and electric. One child up to eight years or so had been able to sleep without major complaint on it. But we ladies and other entitlements needs and it has been a fight to the front desk finally a view and a more stable extra bed in the room. This was not to compare with the otherwise very comfortable double bed, one of us, but they would be willing to bite the bullet. With three adults full number this should not happen. (in a good hotel)
The Italian entertainment wasn't't so bad as advertised. Only the music at the beach again and again Reason for complaint. Sometimes you had compassion towards us and the music a few minutes on request silent, but very noisy.
bed reserve on the beach and hour long with towels occupied was noisy Hotel information and will not permitted by the staff, if established, cared for. We are, however, evidence of that now, as a member of a guest even an offer made, for it the next morning a nicer place to occupied. The guest rejected. We somewhat astonished.
Also nearby and distance boundary which is unfortunately met. A staff a guest shouldn't have to. After his plate need, because this from the staff is pivoted to avoid, that on the way to the buffet to the staff, the dancing the way 'blocked', it would sometimes too far. A lack of leadership character.
The food was varied and beautiful prepared, but usually just average taste. An absolute highlight though was the Egyptian night, as all meals served from Egypt. Everything was more delicious, everything!
