Ideal to chill
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel is small in comparrisson to the others at the resort and therefore quiet which may not suit everyones taste. I found the rooms excellent and the cleanliness immaculate. The maintanance staff are constantly working to keep the surroundings up to scratch.
Location
The location is across the road from the Ibertolel Lamaya and about 5 mins from the beach. Transfer time from the airport is approx 10 mins. There are very few shops so ensure you have everything you need
The staff are friendly and helpfull in particular Ramy and their knowledge of English is good. Check in was efficient and travelling as a family they changed our rooms to be next to each other.
Gastronomy
Having travelled four times previously to various resorts this was the tastiest and seasoned food I have had. Beware this is not for the chips and burger brigade.
Sport & Entertainment
The animation team which generally I have no time for were excellent and believe it or not the entertainment was varied from Fire eating, walking on glass to River dance. They had the right balance and did not pester you to join in. Special thanks to Tito Ya Ya and Mumu who kept my 20 year old son occupied in the evening. The snorkelling was great, rays, lion fish, clown fish ect, however the beach shelves quite dramatically before you reach the coral.
Room
The rooms and service are excellent and above the standard size with plenty of wardrobe space. The laudry was changed daily.
Tips and recommendations
Please be aware this was a small boutique type hotel and the occupancy was only around 40% if you are looking to chill and relax this is for you ,but if you want the butlins atmosphere and cuisine try somewere else,
