Excellent for skiers poor for swimming and sauna

Everything was very nice and friendly, only swimming pool and sauna area were very poor, with incompetent persons serving at the entrnce and as a lifeguard. Sauna to be payed extra, but dirty, crowded with little boy trying to put things in order- no success.
