Recommendation with a clear conscience *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe were for the first time on Majorca; our expectations were completely fulfilled! The hotel was just 'suit us' ; breakfast was wonderful, thank God no 25m buffet, but manageable, therefor but everything from 'solid/hearty' over fresh fruit to sweet; and all this with great quality! Dinner not cheap, but it's definitely worth the money!
Without a car, you are lost, but that is OK, the island to learn would be a must!
I think the best describes the phrase 'German thoroughness is mallorquin' ;... And it is not the worst thing happens!
Is a great place to stay there, always nice ladies at the front desk for tips for beaches and so on to ask! always fit great!
Another tip: restaurant colon in Porto colon! Is there a small fortune for four people (350, -) to do, but the restaurant was absolutely first class (well, an Austrian ☺
But also in the touristy-Cala bona we had good food (xaloc, the owner Jane was what really great ones), it must not only be award-winning cuisine!
