The best place to relax and unwind
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe rooms are light and airy with enough space to spend time inside should you so wish. Every room (I was lucky and got shown some of the other rooms as well) is individually designed. You have either your own patio, a little courtyard or a balcony. The breakfast is continental and comes with fresh fruit, freshly squeezed orange juice, home baked bread and anything you could wish for.
The guests are a nice mixture of people of all age groups and even when travelling on your own, you are never short of someone for a quick chat.
Location
The hotel can easily be reached by car from Palma airport within 35 to 40 minutes. Although it is remote, you can get to the surrounding villages quickly. The beach is only a 15 minute drive away and the hotel staff is more than happy to provide you with ample places to go and look at.
The warm welcome you get when you arrive is just as nice as the experience during the entire duration. Every member of staff will go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable and enjoy your time there. The rooms are in immaculate condition and anything extra like towels, even a heated blanked for colder nights is quickly solved.
Gastronomy
The hotel has one restaurant alongside a beautiful patio where breakfast is served. The cuisine is mediterranean and light, but nonetheless very tasty. As always, the overall experience is crucial and in this case, service, cuisine, surroundings and drinks are perfect.
Sport & Entertainment
There is a beautiful pool which is certainly bigger than you would expect from an average Finca hotel. Plenty of sunbeds and little split level terraces surround the pool area making it a wonderful sun trap even if you're not tempted to jump in. (given it was still early April I gave that one a miss...) There is also a tennis court which can be used for some more sports.
Room
The room was spacious with it's own balcony overlooking the mountains and plenty of palm trees. It is decorated beautifully but comes with a spacious bathroom, a large comfortable double bed and even a fireplace for cooler evenings.
Tips and recommendations
The value for money is excellent as you get something literally priceless - a tranquil place to enjoy nature paired with excellent and very attentive service. I would imagine going there is a treat any time of the year.
