Very moderate hotel, not recommendable *

Modest facility, guests with all-inclusive were treated as 3rd class guests.
At the pool bar, only guests with the half pension had seating in the shadow area, or received glasses. These seats were not available for us, even though we had the all-inclusive.
For a hotel with **** there were no plates under the coffee cup, not to mention the paper napkins, one had to place the cake and the cup on the dirty glass table. When it was windy, the plastic cups that we received as the all-inclusive offer almost always flew through the area. Even the complains did not bring any success.
The beach was located about 1 km away, at the sister hotel Sonesta. To get a deck chair one had to be on the way at 7 o’clock, but even then it could happen that none were available. The bus to the beach first left at 9 o’clock. From our experience, we noticed that 3 other hotel also had to go without deck chairs. That is why we always stayed at the pool, it was definitely not too satisfying.
The noise from the airplanes that flew right over the pool was especially disturbing. The airplanes flew so low, that one could see their shadows.
Neckermann, the trip organizer through which we booked the trip, behaved very badly after we made some complains to him, he took the complains as a mere nothing.
Never again club Sonest, I can dissuade all from it.

The distance to the Beach is approximately 1 km, but the bus ride leaves first at 9 o’clock, there were hardly any deck chairs at the beach, the guests from 5 hotels had to share them. Airplane noise intolerable, also during the night.

The personnel were not friendly, we always had to ask for wine glasses, otherwise normal water glasses were provided for red wine. Only through our stubbornness were we able to get what we wanted. Neckermann was very careless, we were not picked up by the bus, even though the meeting point was in front hotel entrance.

The brochure indicated that discos were offered, but they were never opened, in spite of promises from the hotel. Pool bar was very bad, no sport, only occasionally water gymnastics, few deck chairs in the sister hotel, 3 other hotels were also provided with deck chairs.

The price/performance is definitely amiss. I was disappointed.
