Unfriendly Host *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThis rather bad evaluation of the host detriment, of, always unfriendly, one always feel to be unwanted. Surly responses to any question or request. Such a thing in a ' places 'is absolutely in the wrong place. Unlike the nice lady Winkler, despite their obvious very short time, next to the wonderful food, always a smile on their face, with the guests tried to keep in touch and great hiking Tips.
Very negative point is the following: We (2 couples) had two 'comfort double room' booked, had to say, that one of the two rooms was significantly smaller (no lobby), around 0.5 meters up moving the bed, the furniture was old and worn. To request that it be different categories were, you denied it, there were no other rooms.
So if I book two equal room, I expected also equivalent rooms!
Conclusion: despite the wonderful food, the countryside and hiking trails are we in this hotel no more vacation to spend!

Ich finde dies Bewertung nicht objektiv, ganz bestimmt wollte ich Ihnen nicht das Gefühl geben sie seien unerwünscht, das lag mir fern.Bereits bei ihrer verspäteten Ankunft habe ich dreimal das Taxi für einen anderen Termin für Sie umbestellt. Trozdem waren sie ungehalten, weil der Taxichauffeur justament in der Minute in der Sie ankamen nicht am Bahnhof stand. Er war aber bereits am Wege dorthin. Auch habe ich immer in der Bar einen Tisch für sie freigemacht, damit sie Karten spielen können, obwohl sie die ganze Woche kein Getränk in der Bar konsumiert haben.
Am Abreisetag habe ich ihnen das Taxi bezahlt, weil ich nicht Zeit hatte Sie persönlich zum Bahnhof zu bringen.
Zu Ihre Anmerkung dass die Zimmer nicht gleich groß seien, das stimmt nicht. Beide Zimmer haben fast die gleiche Größe. Das Zimmer mit dem Vorraum ist sogar um 1m² kleiner. Der Sonnhof ist ein kleines individuelles Hotel wir haben 21 Zimmer und davon gibt es keine zwei die vollkommen gleich sind. Wir haben bei 21 verschiedenen Zimmern 5 verschiede Kategorien. Mehr wäre wohl nicht sinnvoll. Auch sind die Möbel nicht alt und verwohnt sie sind exakt 7 Jahre alt und sehr gut erhalten.
