It = no Ratxo five stars Hotel *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AIt is a small Ratxo, remote finca hotel with small, rather dark rooms. The hotel has only tight 20 rooms, peace can be no question. The constant noise of electricity generators and cool/air-conditioning devices is on the whole area and very annoying; the staff was especially in the morning so loud, that we almost every day were woken up. The rooms were reasonably clean, the dirty toilet brush-apart. The complex generally speaking, however, is anything but well maintained- even quite dirty. The bird excrement (from the peacocks of adjoining Nature reserves) in front of our door was for a week and the goats mist was just two days, before he was removed, stone walls umgefahrene just stay and the garbage stored behind the hotel! The pool was nice laid out, but also a yellow rim of dirt.
Location
The hotel is located in a basin in the mountains-the journey is difficult and dangerous (narrow road without banqueting and crash barrier)
The service was kept within limits, for example, the morning coffee was served on request only and never been asked, whether we want anything else.
Gastronomy
The breakfast buffet was the standard of a five stars The hotel does not do it justice. The assortment of food and drinks was poor and the presentation. The restaurant was a bit better, but was enough to almost all of the dishes (duck, lamb, pork, beef fillet...) the same sauce.
Sport & Entertainment
The pool was not the cleanest.
Room
Small, dark rooms, dirty toilet brush and defective shower.
Tips and recommendations
There was no cell phone reception and German tv-channels. The bill should be examined closely, we were telephone costs, which we have not caused. Restaurant recommendation area: the rose-good restaurant with normal prices
Conclusion: we can recommend this hotel because of lacks of cleanliness and do not recommend-continuous value for money is good not.
