Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe had booked a 17 persons office outing. Skiing in grindelwald was our goal. The walk from Interlaken to grindelwald by bus takes about 25 minutes with traffic. We arrived around 06h45 and our rooms were ready. The breakfast was okay; buffet with eggs, bacon, different types of bread, jam, cornflakes, muesli etc. the hotel is a family run Hotel, very personally managed and clean! For dinner there was meat fondue on the first evening and Raclette the second night. Quality and quantity of absolutely okay! Our room was appropriately installed with a tv and a safe. In the immediate vicinity there are many shops and bars the pub belonging to the hotel is 'Place '. All in all a good three star standard and for short get aways absolutely to be recommended!
