Crete always again, but not at the hotel Stalis *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWhen we arrived at 7 .30am Stalis are in the hotel, no-one seemed to see the reception or anywhere else. Guests have told us after some time to the restaurant across the we need to walk as would anyone. Still can't we walked back to see where we spend a maid speeches and then the boss sleepy from a room and told us we should first breakfast. The room we had to change, Bloody sheets, broken furniture. The second room isn't better. The bathroom is a joke. time totally disregard the shower head, where the whole bathroom flooded. Air conditioning was not Inklusive.6. - per day you had to pay for. You can get all room key folks, nobody with. Otherwise everything else like friendliness, helpfulness of the staff and manager were great. The beach was top.

Hotelier's comment
1) Das wichtigste für uns ist es ein sehr gutes Verhältnis von Preis und Qualität zu haben. Deshalb verbringen viele Menschen ihre Ferien mehr als einmal in unserem Hotel (bis zu 48-mal! mit Neckermann Reisen)2) Um ein besseren Preis für unsere Gäste zu erreichen lassen wir im Einzel und Doppelzimmer die Extras aus (Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank, Sonnenliegen kosten extra). Viele Gaste benutzen diese Extras nicht, also wieso für was bezahlen was nicht benutzt wird?
In Studio und Apartments sind die Extras im Preis enthalten, weil viele Familien selbständig sein wollen (kochen usw.)
3) Lebensmittel werden täglich frisch mit unserem feinen Olivenöl gekocht.
Ab der Saison 2011 wird das Abendessen in Buffetform sein, um alle Gaste zufrieden zu stellen.
4) Das Hotel besteht aus 5 verschiedenen Häusern, 2 Swimmingpools 96 und 40 Quadratmetern bestand mit eine kleine, Kinder Schwimmbad.
Die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt, Handtücher jeden zweiten Tag gewechselt, (2 Handtücher pro Person)
5) Viele Gäste kommen mit ihren Arbeitsstress. Wenn Sie etwas brauchen, bitten wir nur danach zu fragen!
