Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A ADie Anlage des Star Beach Villages Clubs ist sehr schön gestaltet, die Zimmer sind groß und modern eingerichtet. Leider findet man bei genauerem Hinsehen Rost, Schimmel und sonstige Verunreinigungen.
Das der am Strand anssäßige Beach Club irgendwo dazugehört ist schön, da für die Kinder viel geboten ist, wobei es Schade ist, dass man für jedes Extra zur Kasse gebeten wird.
Generell war im Star Beach Village die Freundlichkeit zu Bemängeln, das gesamte Personal war nicht in der Lage ein Lächeln auf die Lippen zu bekommen und gab einen nicht das Gefühl ein gern gesehehner Gast zu sein.
Bei der Reklamation, dass die Belüftung im Bad und nach drei Tagen auch die Klima nicht mehr funktionierte wurde nur zum Schein eingegangen, gemacht wurde letzten Endes nichts.
Die Putzfrauen stürmen auch dann das Zimmer, wenn man noch unbekleidet im Zimmer steht und sagt, es sei einem jetzt nicht recht.
Schade eine schöne Anlage, die außerhalb der Saison für Familien gut geeignet ist ( Lärm vom Beachclub ), verliert aufgrund der vielen Mängel im Detail und dem nicht besonders freundlichem Personal. Sprich für den Preis würde ich nicht nocheinmal hingehen....
