Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe chose this hotel on the basis of its location and grading and because we did not want to stay in a large, posh establishment. We could not have made a better choice. Everything about Hotel Stella is excellent but what disguishes it in particular is the friendliness of the family and the staff who really want to make one's stay as pleasurable as possible. We liked the choice at breakfast - the walnut bread being particularly delicious - and the variety for the evening meal was very good. Special efforts were willingly made to accommodate our dietary requests. The hotel is very conveniently situated within a few minutes' walk of the station and the shopping street. We have stayed in hundreds of hotel worldwide and would rank this among our top five.
