Great hotel with Christian charm *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AVery well-kept hotel with modern, very clean rooms. I booked a single room, which had enough room for three. The view of the beach and jetty was unique. The breakfast was rich and nothing was missing. The spa was small, but very clean and invited to relax. I especially loved the familiar atmosphere of the Christian hotel management. Without being intrusive, for example a flyer with daily activities and the daily devotional was distributed.
Location
The location was very close to the beach, the airport was nearby, the train station Heringsdorf was within 1 km. I was at Usedom to golf: Golf Course Baltic Hills was about 7 kms away, Balmer lake about 10-15 kms. Nordic Walking stretch was at the door, jogging possibilities also. The center of Heringsdorf was reached walking. In November (off season) the entertainment possibilities were limited as could be expected.
The staff was very friendly, requests were filled whenever possible. The room, and the entire hotel - was very clean.
Gastronomy
Quality and quantity of the meals, both the breakfast buffet, as well as the a-la-carte food was very good.
Sport & Entertainment
As the hotel above all was designed for relaxation, there were no activities. Next to the spa area (sauna, steam bath, massages, spa offer) Nordic walking activities were offered (not used).
Room
Modern and spacious with views of the beach and jetty. Very clean, TV, internet access (LAN), drinks, snacks, shower.
