Bad service, the best animation team

The hotel is quite old and according to me is not the number of stars that has. Still the same food, bad service, the staff could not speak English. The only positive thing was the hotel beach and the animation team, becouse they saved our holiday. I think, that I don´t want to back there, becouse it was not good holiday for us.
