Clean and neat hotel *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe facility is very clean and neat, it is also adapted for handicapped people (ramps everywhere). The facility is built in local standards style and it was completley renovated. Most of the guests came from Germany. Unfortunately, the pools are not clean and not heated in winter. Besides the employees' efforts to clean the pool, the pool is still full with leaves. As an alternative one can use the neighbor's hotel pool, the hotel belongs to the same chain of hotels.
Location
The hotel is 5 minutes away from a very clean beach. The locality is only a couple of minutes away. One has to consider here that many 4 star hotels are far away from the beach in Playa Blanca.
The service is predominantly friendly. The room's cleanliness is good, they clean it every two days. The animations team was very engaged and always helpful.
Gastronomy
The restaurant was completely renovated too. It was very clean. An inside architect could develop here a more cozinnes atmosphere.
Sport & Entertainment
A kids club is offered. Unfortunately some of the beach chairs at the pool were broken.
Room
The facility was old but completely renovated. The appartments were completely funrished: kitchen, hall, bedroom, living room, washroom, balkony, safe deposit box, TV, fridge, microwave, coffeee mashine. Everything was new in my appartment, from the curtains to the door and the windows.
Tips and recommendations
When the price ratio is right, the facility is recommendable. In the high season I'd go to Playa Blanca because the beach there has limited capacity. The best thing in this locality is the cleanliness, one does not find garbage on the street.
