Relaxing holiday with small faults *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe described in the catalog renovated room could we not find. There are some renovation it it. It was but no real complaints present. The room had no air conditioning and fan (is also not mentioned in the Katatlog). The latter can be rented for 16 euro the week.
The restaurant, in the all meals to be taken, is rather a cafeteria-simple and carelessly equipped. The food was average to good. The unterbesetzte service and is hardly comes after reset tables or the buffet clean to keep. Complaints were taken at the reception, but only after the travel agent was also really turned away. The entertainment team from 1/2 fly is class, especially for the children, and not pushy at all.
The pool area is spacious and adequate for the guests. It were always enough beach chairs available (partly broken) screens are only the limited. If you get the opportunity. no but has to lie in the shade of the trees. All in all but a relaxing holiday. Some processes, particularly in the service (restaurant and cleaning) should be improved. Well, and whether the three stars are really justified, you can discuss extensively.
