Long beaches with Caribbean flair *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AVery friendly, helpful staff throughout the hotel. The waiters at the bar are despite the amount of work fast and always up for a joke. The hotel is a bit older, the room decor is dated, but very clean. The hotel is in a great location at the edge of the town jandia with eclectic shopping possibilities and bars/restaurants. The food is varied and there should be something there for every taste. One should you avoid the rush hour. The evening entertainment was very weak, only because it was apparently a animateur and due to the many guests to little seating at the bar, we went to the beautiful beach promenade, past the dune, to Morro JABLE. Also good seating with a view of the sea. Good pool area with four outdoor pools. But who needs a pool at this gigantic, kilometer long sandy beach, which is all possibilities, for example: surfing, sailing, diving... Two beach chairs with an umbrella cost twelve euro. As a guest of the sunrise-area you can visit the other hotels in the famous hotel chain and the service is marvelous. Next sunrise-Hotel jandia resort club Paraiso Playa in Playa de esquinzo. If you were good on foot you can note other. (You have to hiking on cliffs and should watch out for high and low tide.) the walk is a bit of a pain, but it was worth it. Furthermore, you can take the public bus back Tiadhe. Just ask at the reception. In Costa calma are several sunrise hotels. There is a plan at the reception with the facilities. Please note: do not underestimate the sun no radiation, the easy by the constant wind will always remember. (: Jandia, we'll be back.
