Great hotel with hidden extra *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AI visited the hotel as part of a training and was on the whole with the hotel and the service was very good. Especially to be highlighted is, of course, the beautiful baths and Wellness landscape at prices from CHF 160 and the additional expenditure for activities and restaurants in the hotel I would expect, however, that at least the additional parking for those guests (CHF nine/day) must pay. Finally, this hotel is a bit out of the way and not at a hot spot in the city. Further should also include the free Wiki in a seminar to the standard. In comparable hotels and abroad in the surrounding you can-unfortunately-the same service for lower price and without these unnecessary, hidden extra cost to the guest only put a bad last impression and.

Betreffend der Parkingkosten haben wir uns für eine transparente Lösung entschieden. Wir finden es nicht fair, Gästen, welche mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr anreisen, Parkingkosten zu verrechnen. Deshalb verrechnen wir die Parkingkosten nach dem Verbraucherprinzip und inkludieren diese nicht im Zimmerpreis.
Im Zimmerpreis sind jedoch viele Leistungen wie z.B. das Erlebnisbad, die Saunalandschaft, das Fitnesscenter, Teilnahme der Kinder am Kinderprogramm etc. inbegriffen.
Ihren Input betreffend gratis WIFI nehmen wir gerne auf. Zurzeit haben wir auf unserer Anlage mit der Firma Swisscom eine Hotspot-Lösung, welche guten Anklang findet. Wir ziehen in Erwägung, an einem Ort in unserer Anlage (z.B. Rezeption) gratis WIFI anzubieten. Jedoch möchten wir nicht auf der ganzen Anlage dies anbieten.
