Disappointing

I think the hotel needs to be refurbished. The furniture at the hall and room looked too worn out. We arrived after 14:00 and had to wait for more than one hour to have the room ready. The women at the desk kept saying that we had to wait just a moment , but kept forgeting about us. Wouldn´t it be nicer to tell the guests to leave the luggage at the hotel and go out for a walk or have a coffee or something to eat, while they prepare the room?.
The cleaning of the room was bad. One day I think they only made the beds and little more. They didn´t even take the dirty glasses and empty bottles and didn´t empty the waste basket of the room and of the bathroom.
Only breakfast met my expectations.
