A nice break after Colombo

We only had two nights at Taprospa and that at low season, hence the hotel was not crowded. The room was nice and the bathroom though not enormous quite adequate. What little we could see there were at that time no excursions or any other activities available. But that might change at high season. The only shop right nexr to the hotel was Sumal Gem & Jewellery. I was being caught to buy a piece of jewellery and discovered afterwards that I paid far too much. I learned from my mistake and paid for it. There is another ripp-off in Beruwala the Herbal Garden! Don't ever go there. You will be cheated a 100%!
