Die familiäre Atmosphäre hat uns gut gefallen. Die Begrüssung "Ich weiss schon wer sie sind Fam..." zeigt, dass man nicht eine anonyme Nummer ist (evt. waren an dem Tag nicht so viele Check-In´s - aber dennoch aufmerksam). Das Hotel liegt auf einer Anhöhe mit einem schönen Blick ins Tal und den Kalterer See. Nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Montan (ca. 2km entfernt). Das Hotel ist ein guter Stützpunkt für Ausflüge. An der Bar (Abend) gibt es immer Gelegenheit zum Kennenlernen (Gäste), machmal auch einheimische Bevölkerung - hat uns sehr gut gefallen - man erfährt da so einiges über die Umgebung und Leute. Das Essen war sehr gut (Früh Buffet und Abends tgl. 2 Menues zu Auswahl) und reichlich. Das Hotel und die Räume sind sehr sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Alles in Alllem ein sehr schöner Urlaub im Hotel Tenz in Südtirol - wir kommen gerne wieder!
