Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel is located in Lacco Ameno right at Piazza Restituta ( very nice! ) and in close proximity to the lively Hauptstr. with shops and restaurants. Despite this, it is quiet. To the beach from Lacco Ameno it was only a few meters. ( The true "beach" is further away. ) The hotel has a 24 -friendly atmosphere. The staff is courteous and helpful. At the reception and in the restaurant you will always find at least a member of staff who spoke German well. The large, well-kept garden with lush vegetation was an oasis of calm and a true Erholungsparadies. The size and cleanliness of the Termalpools we loved it. The breakfast was from the offer more "Italian", so not quite as large as many German to come. For me it was a shame that the bread no alternative to the white included wholemeal rolls or brotschnitten. The evening meal was of good quality and was very varied and chose every night very tasty. The exceptional quality of service and the friendliness of the waiters we loved it. The atmosphere in the restaurant (silverware, cloth napkins ... ) is incredible. The drinks were reasonably priced. Our room was newly renovated, also the bathroom fixtures were new. Only regret was that it was very small and that we had no comfortable seat. The rooms are very different in size and location, and here you really have to have a little luck, one of the better to get around. ( And I believe that the high number of regular guests these rooms are always already reserved in advance. )
