The hotel is conveniently located - Copley Square with loads of restaurants and unlimited shopping around the corner, the harbor is within walking distance. Check in very "efficient", but ok, rooms great, Avis 3 minutes walk. After a round trip of New England we were allowed to, although there is no more guests in the hotel stored our luggage. AND - that's what I services - when we were picked up from our friends, enough to give each of us a bottle of water in the car. Great service - we would stay here again when we return again hopefully soon visit this amazing city.
