The Hilton BACKS Bay hotel is not the description on the internet. Location is very good, especially for business travelers, the rooms are too small (despite Hilton hhonors status), the value for money is not a 4 star hotel. Minibar was never filled, bathroom too small, ceiling with infested with mold. A day was only cold water available.
