In this hotel smells like a sewage treatment facility, simply unbearable. The gentleman at the front desk just completley clueless, so incompetent. Complaints were handled no response. The manager was supposedly not present. It is just very difficult to find this hotel at all, for instance, it anywhere outside the hotel's name. An absolute no-go this hotel and it was a 4 star which is what I still have to work out. That four stars in Greece not the same as four stars in "DL is clear from this shed has always 2 star at best. I have stayed in various hotels and apartments with differing categories on Crete, white there was also something Cretan standard is, but nothing like there I have never had that happen before. In addition there is a bus sissi only once a day. ( and only in the high season), so you were in a fix without a car. Sissi itself is a quaint cozy, comfortable old village to gnp around in the evening time n bit on the sea stroll or in one of the cozy taverns sandy beach or to go, but there are not. Everything rocky. So better book a hotel where different, and then a one-day trip to visit Sissi. There are many other places for example 'ship excursions to 'Sissi.
