Good location but poorly managed hotel *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AHuge hotel with very different rooms. The rooms were tired, but clean. Breakfast is not included, very expensive. We had a very small room with a queen-size bed for two. The bathroom was tiny.
Location
The hotel is located centrally in Victoria. All attractions are easily reached.
We had the room from Germany booked half a year before. When we arrived at the front desk had to first be searched for minutes to the rooms. That we received two tiny rooms each with queensize bed (we were 4 people). After multiple complaints the next day we moved to a bigger room. Staff very rude
Gastronomy
There are beautiful restaurants in the hotel, but very expensive. We enjoyed the tea time in the Teasalon and had to use per person will pay $55 for tea and snacks. Was very good, but extremely overpriced.
Sport & Entertainment
There is an indoor pool available which was okay.
Room
Very different rooms, the can be very small. Very clean, but worn
