This is great central location in the middle of Manhattan! 150 meters only are the Flatiron Building, as well as to the Washington square park, where you shake shack a legendary burgers food. Times square is about 15-20 minutes and one to various subway stations are only a few minutes around the corner! As usual in NYC, so are the rooms at the mave small, but very modern and with good elaborate bathrooms! The rooms are equipped with a small desk, free wireless front desk, flat screen tv, iPod docking station, a small main criteria, as well as a large chest of drawers with a pad/coffee maker! There was a minibar (probably due to space constraints) not available. So we ordered room service twice at the. The delivery is made immediately and the prices were very human! The bathrooms are also small, but very elaborate; spacious rain shower, full length mirror, area to counter, enough light to put on makeup, hair dryer, cosmetic line with good shampoo, shower gel, body lotion conditionner (from the hotel daily filled up). We had booked with Airtours and a guaranteed a room upgrade to Madison. These rooms are slightly larger and are located on the upper floors! Since the windows are unfortunately very badly soundproofed, it was even at home in the seventh floor still quite loud. It is also air conditioning not silent! The staff is super friendly and helpful always. If it should rain once, the hotel offers free of charge umbrellas available! The free breakfast is served from seven to nine o'clock in the small lobby and by American standards we found it great. The selection changes daily between croissants, chocolate croissants, different muffins and varied 'bit'! The coffee tasted us also, there are 'whole' and 'low fat' milk and a small selection of tea! Tip: for large or small children cocoa powder or buy! Great we found the newspapers service; weekday USA today in front of the door! A further tip, a previous review we have taken the café 28-would we like to stay. The café is open around the o'clock and here you can get everything you need... Meal, drinks, Internet, and so forth
