A bit ripped off... *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A Aon the whole not a bad hotel, although the decor is a bit getting old, which at a rate of more than Euro hundred, /night shouldn't be. The tv in the room is an ancient black and white TV in miniature. The underground parking lot cost extra (7, -per day!), and a in the room also forgotten sweater EUR 7, -forward. The staff are very friendly, the food quality was okay, but the extra costs in my opinion, a rip-off but very kräfitigen view of the stay.

Sie waren im The Monarch Hotel zu Gast und es gab von Ihnen empfundene Mängel, die wir nicht zu Ihrer Zufriedenheit beseitigen konnten? Gerne nehmen wir zu Ihrem Schreiben Stellung.
Dass Sie den Preis von € 7,00 für 24 Stunden Parken in der hauseigenen Garage als zu teuer empfinden, können wir nicht ganz verstehen.
Sie hatten die Wahl. Denn als Alternative steht unseren Gästen kostenfreies Parken im Außenbereich oder in der öffentlichen Parkgarage in 400 m Entfernung zur Verfügung.
Unser Haus verfügt über mehr als 400 Betten, da können Sie sich sicher vorstellen, dass eine Menge Fundsachen versendet werden müssen. Wir kümmern uns gerne darum, wobei die Portokosten für persönliche Dinge, die vergessen werden, aus betriebswirtschaftlichen Gründen und Fairness den anderen Gästen gegenüber, verständlicherweise zu Lasten des Besitzers gehen.
Es tut uns leid, dass wir Ihre persönlichen Erwartungen und Ihren Anspruch nicht zufriedenstellen konnten und verbleiben
