Bad price performance ratio *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe stayed for a week at Christmas shopping in new York and it was not the first visit to the city. The hotel has a very bad price performance ratio. The location is great, right in the 34. Road nearby from the Empire State building and subway access directly in front of the hotel. The staff at the hotel, however, is very rude. Already at the check-in the friendliness left on the way and all the staff at the front desk have a worse than disappointing English we spoke (Mexican, Latinos...). We paid 100 euros per person/night, as we expected in NY not luxury, but already a bit Besserers. On arrival you booked us into a room, it could move too secondly hardly. The view was in a ravine, very dark. We immediately complained and this dren good for a change. After three courses to front desk and a loss of half the urlaubstages, we have a new comfortable rooms. When checking out we experienced then incredible: an employee of the hotel drengte us in front of the hotel from the taxi and channelled into another taxi, because this taxi driver was paid, it provides that passengers. You could hardly believe it, that one of the hotel staff's ear pulled is. Therefor you pay so much money! I would not recommend, since the hotel in new York better in this price range. The location is great, but rather you two more with the subway station!
