After the third time disappointing *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AIn my opinion the hotel is certainly not a five stars hotel and especially not the standard of 'small luxury hotels' -in particular the service is not at the expected level. We were now the third time staying at the Racha and disappointed at the last visit. We were the years ago by the excellent service and the uniqueness of the island spoiled, we have now had a total built the island (diving schools and enlargement of the hotel) and was crowded. Locals are moved to hundreds of (and in the low season! The) to the hotel beach, and disturbed the peace to be searched. Shabby plastic chairs were arranged directly in front of the hotel and the Thais for the locals rented. The hotel towels are consumed total (gray instead of white), the cushions for the beach chairs were partly moldy and total waste. There is so much negative to write, I let it go. 'the Racha', unfortunately you have our dream of a small island with a slh hotel and perfect service we used were destroyed at the last visit. We will keep the nice time in memory, it long Racha.
