i was this year within a period of six months for the second time at the Waldorf and had to find that very gesprart. We had ordered breakfast, since we last stay at the the buffet and fresh loved it so this stay was not like last time freshly everything, but all egg dishes came from the kitchen were eventually found. Also roasted bacon was the. Cold and therefore not really enjoyable. The cleanliness left after, since the tables were cleared away but be weren't cleaned, and there are all sorts of crumbs. Since we have hiltoncard we got a room upgrade which was unnecessary because the deluxe room was a superior room was ordered and I believe that this was Neither Greater-Than Nor nice therefor but in a sunken floor. Upper floors but very good view. The staff was very arrogant, especially the doormen were a little better the. At the next time we take a different hotel because the flair of the Waldorf is slowly lost.
