Total disappointment *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AMy family and I stayed at the Westin in December 2009 and it was a big disappointment. The service was really bad. We were with 4 people put in a double room for 4 people, had only two toothbrushes, three towels, only on the first day shower gel and shampoo and no bathrobes. On the edge of the pool it started to be moldy and of hygiene lacking the maid. She made in the whole week the bathroom only once and the beds were only quickly threw. For these reasons I would not recommend it in this hotel check in.
