Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel Thüringer schieferhof us out in every respect convinced. The front desk at check-in was very friendly. We were offered a welcome drink a local herb. We booked the comfort room was not very large, but still bright and friendly. The furnishing and layout of the room gives you comfort. The hotel offers a special pillow service. For a small fee you can make your request pillow( neck cushion, Body pillows above) choose. Two things that I should like to highlight especially out: 1.) the friendliness of the staff. Here we are on the entire weekend extremely accommodating and alert service. And in a loose and humorous kind, so that you never felt like a fake or assumed friendliness had.2.) the restaurant the kitchen in the hotel schieferhof cannot compete with a gourmet restaurant. Both the selection of the dishes (small and neatly arranged map) with interesting dishes in a creative combination, as well as the taste and visual presentation have fully. Here we would like to express once again kudos to the chef, since we have such an excellent cuisine truly not expected. For the quality we are willing, one or other euros more for a food! Here it is worthwhile the additional cost. Conclusion: if we return to the area of Neuhaus coming back, the hotel schieferhof is our first choice. We are happy to recommend the hotel to anyone traveling to Minneapolis.
