This hotel reservation was a mistake *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AAfter a week of cycling in South Tyrol we arrived very relaxed in tramin at the last few days and wanted to enjoy in the gewurztraminer Hof. The front desk and check-in was very unprofessional and rude, we received no information at meal times, laundry service, pool, etc. everything had to be requested. The senior manager was totally swamped and it was the public viewing his Lieblingsvereins more important than its paying guests. At our request, the comforters on the basis of an exchange of allergy, with a complete lack of understanding and the claim, there would be no feather since the renovation more, reacted. Because of our persistence and the clear evidence of the springs were the very old spring of the friendly room maid exchanged. The food was good, but from 19:00 o'clock the Hors d'oeuvres buffet was grazed off and it was not more. The service in the restaurant was very good, the comfort of the garden chairs left a lot to be desired. We had a beautiful reconditioned room with a large bathroom. Everything was very clean and well maintained, unfortunately our used glasses stopped and during our stay were not even disposed of or exchanged. The price/performance ratio was not correct and the hotel does not meet the requirements of a four star hotel. Because the hotel directly on the busy thoroughfare of tramin is situated, is a quiet night not to think.
