Best hotel in Abuja (and Nigeria)
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A ATo my knowledge it is the only considerable hotel in Abuja, it offers everything a hotel of this class should offer. Bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable, there is security on each floor (not at all times). There are many international conferences in this hotel, and it is in general a very busy place. The lobby never sleeps. I can recommend the grill by the pool, the food there is generally very good. Otherwise there are not many places to go as far as I know. The only other entertainment offered is what we called the moskito bar (offical name is Capital bar). We called it moskito bar because 2 minutes after entering the girls are all around anyone like moskitos. Staff are generally very friendly and helpful, but after 5 weeks we all hated to hear every morning from everyone "how was your night?".
