Am zweiten Ferientag eröffnete man uns plötzlich, das Hotel sei nicht bezahlt worden von unserem Reiseveranstalter, obwohl das absolut nicht stimmen kann (vermutlich hat die Travellers Buchhaltung Mist gebaut) und wir mussten nochmals zahlen (die Buchung betrug immerhin schon über 3000 Euro)!
Auf unsere Emails und Telefonate von zu Hause aus - es hatte sich bestätigt, dass unser Veranstalter dem Hotel tatsächlich nichts schuldete - hat man es nicht für nötig gefunden zu antworten.
Dies ist absolut untragbar - wir müssen dringend abraten vom Travellers Beach Hotel Mombasa!
