Unfriendly staff and bad food! *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A Aso... The staff at the front desk was very rude and abrupt, not all of them spoke or understood English, and from the hotel was rather good! The food is without taste, or almost every day the same offer in food we had a problem with our room card and were therefore put 'stupid' or they wanted to give us a map display. First after long unpleasant discussions the problem was fixed. On our last day we also kakalakken in the room, it was bad! What is perhaps also to be mentioned, the hotel guests were almost all retirees, most of the bed. 60 so we would this hotel younger not definitely further recommendable! All in all it was not a big deal for us great vacation, which was for the most part of the hotel.

Hallo Beate,auch ihnen ersteinmal vielen Dank für ihre konstruktive Hotelkritik.
Bitte lassen sie mich auf ein paar, der aufgelisteten Punkte eingehen.
Alle Mitarbeiter an unserer Rezeption sin zweisprachig plus Muttersprache.
ALLE an der Rezeption sprechen auch englisch. Manchmal jedoch, muss man den Mitarbeitern auch Zeit geben, dass man sie verstehen kann. Sie dürfen nicht vergessen, dass wir in Spanien, und nicht in Deutschland sind. Auch machen unsere Rezeptionsmitarbeiter niemeanden "dumm" an, dass kann sich kein Mitarbeiter erlauben. Wir sind alle bemüht, unseren Gästen hilfreich zur Seite zu stehen, wenn diese Hilfe benötigen. Auch ist es überhaupt kein Problem, eine 2. Zimmerkarte zu bekommen, wenn man die Originalkarte an der Rezeption vorlegt.
Ich finde auch die Bemerkung über das Alter unserer Hotelgäste sehr unpassend, was soll dass?
Bei uns sind alle Gäste, egel welcher Nationalitát oder welchen Alters recht herzlich willkommen.
Trotz allem, wünsche ich auch ihnen ein schönes 2012.
